Summer vacation with Kadance

We had a week long vacation with Kadance in July and filled every possible moment with the Science Center, the Historical Building, Incredibles Pizza, Despicable Me movie 3D, and of course Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun.  We decided it would be fun to drive an RV down to KC and "camp out" in the RV. It was quite the experience.

4th of July Chicago style pt 1

Kelly and I realized on Saturday July 2nd, that it was a 3 day weekend and we had no plans which was rare, so we found a sitter for the dog and headed out. We stopped in Williamsburgs and did a little outlet shopping and then headed to the BIG City! Here are some of the pics...

4th of July Chicago style

Team Jacob!!

I am the last person in the world that I thought would get sucked in the Twilight Series, however on our trip to FL, I gave in and started the books.  I held an Eclipse Party the night of the premier, myself as well as 15 girls, and 2 supportive husbands, played some trivia, freshened up with New Moon, and attended the mid-night showing.

2nd Anniversary

Kelly and I's 2nd wedding anniversary was on June 7, 2010.  He surprised me with roses and a note that told me to pack a bag and to be ready to head to KC in a few hours.. We stayed up there for the weekend, went shopping at the plaza and stayed at Argosy Hotel. It was a great little get away.

        In May we had our family pictures taken by a friend of mine starting

up her own photography business.  They all turned out great!!
